Most of us know someone who is really intelligent, but who can’t seem to cooperate with others, communicate effectively, or otherwise get along with people. Then, there are those who have another type of intelligence—emotional intelligence. These people succeed because they interact well with others, have a positive attitude, and are not easily discouraged.
