In
most selling situations, the customer or client looks to the salesperson
for information and advice. You must be thoroughly familiar with the
features of your product and be prepared to translate features into
benefits for individual customers. To do this, it’s helpful to create a
feature-benefit chart for your product.
LAPs are comprehensive
instructional packages that include all elements of a per-formance-oriented
