When writing a business plan, a company will examine its business to determine where it is successful and how to grow the company over time. It will include how it markets itself to other companies, how it funds its ventures, how it carries out its tasks, and how it obtains and keeps good employees.

LAPs are comprehensive instructional packages that include all elements of a performance-oriented lesson plan.
