    3. Select the For a full analysis click here link at the top of the computer screen. Use the analysis results to answer the following questions:

    a. Have cookies from the site been placed on your system from prior visits?

   

 

    b. From where (if you linked from another web page) did you link to the site?

   

 

    c. What is your browser type? operating system?

   

   

    d. What is your screen width? height?

 

 

    e. Are the analysis results accurate?

 

 

4. Select the back arrow to return to the privacy.net home page. Select the Bake Your Own Internet Cookies Demo link, and follow the instructions to see how cookies work. Close your Internet browser, and then reopen it. Access privacy.net again, and answer the following questions:

    a. Did your chosen type of cookie (e.g., chocolate chip or gingerbread) appear in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen?

   

 

    b. On a separate sheet of paper, write two - three paragraphs explaining how you feel about giving up some privacy in order to receive personalized content. Include the advantages and disadvantages of privacy from a customer’s perspective.
