1 in 50 Reward Program
Teaching Ideas and Best Practices
Earn $500 simply by sharing your good idea!
Submit your own teaching idea or best practice and be a candidate for our next 1 in 50 drawing.
Teaching Ideas (most are 100 – 150 words) must address a technical business/marketing skill or concept. (No warm fuzzies, ice breakers, etc.) If we accept it for publication in Perspectives, for our MarkED E-Blast, for our web site, or for any other publication (print or electronic) we’ll enter your name in the drawing. When we collect 50 published ideas, we’ll draw the name of one individual to whom we’ll issue a $500 check. It’s just that easy!
Best Practices must address an overall program design, curriculum, or other substantive issue. Submissions should be 300 – 500 words. Each Best Practice that we publish will be treated as one entry in our 1 in 50 drawing. Best Practice and Teaching Ideas submissions for all publications are treated as entries in the same 1 in 50 event.
Submit as many ideas as you like. Remember, they must be your own creative approach. Please do not copy activities from a book or other publication. If you have major projects with detailed directions that you’ve created, just add your name and sent them in.
All substantive, legitimate ideas earn 1,000 ProPoints whether we publish the idea or not.
REMEMBER: When you submit your materials, you are giving us permission to share them with your colleagues throughout the world. Your ideas and best practices may be used in any of our print or electronic publications.
